Dr. Michelle provides a 4 step strategy that you can follow and apply to whatever habit you want to. For me, is getting enough sleep and when listening to the episodes I was able to strategize on how I can do it with very small actionable steps. I love the calendar and small prizes to finishing whatever we desire.
