Motivating!

Ken and Matt are living in the world of teaching alongside guests like me. That is what makes this podcast so motivating- they get it! They understand and appreciate the struggles and successes. I was happy that my situation was of interest being in a small rural Vermont school. What is commonplace for many teachers here is not typical elsewhere. These guys were great to talk to and made me feel comfortable and heard. Thank you!
