Incredible podcast! There is a great variety of guests and perspectives to help unpack issues in education.

You don’t have to be an educator to get something out of this podcast. Guides the conversations in such a natural way. I found this from my friends poetry and stayed for the ideas added to my mind and mindsets towards learning and teaching others.

1st Gen Teacher Lens, bringing the experiences of first generation people in the education sector among other experiences and people, captivates audiences well. I have listen since it’s debut and have followed up conversations with colleagues and friends based on episodes I’ve listened to. I definitely recommend listening.

1stgenteacherlens has easily become one of my favorite podcasts! Alex shares content that is 100% relatable for teachers in the classroom today, right now. He keeps it real and brings guests on that are in the trenches doing the same work. As a fellow first generation teacher and daughter, I have been able to connect to so many of his episodes.
