Dr. Martínez Gets to the Heart of Leaders’ Selves
The first time I listened to this show, I was pleasantly surprised by the initial questions and Dr. Martínez’s focus on the lives and experiences of his guests. While there is certainly a lot of strategies, tips, and practical value in his shows, what makes this podcast unique from the other educational podcasts I listen to is his deep curiosity about his guests, and educational leaders more broadly, as human beings.
