About our Guest: Allison Peterson

Allison is the founder of the #NewtoCoaching Community where new Instructional Coaches can learn, connect, and be encouraged as they transition from the classroom to coaching. In addition to training and supporting new coaches, Allison consults with independent schools to help design and start their instructional coaching programs. She’s starting her 9th year out of the classroom as a coach. She is currently launching a new coaching program as a K-8 Instructional Coach at a school in North Georgia.
