I had the pleasure of interviewing Mr. Terry Linton on March 18, 2020.  He is the Director of Curriculum at Beanstalk Education Group in Beijing, China.  We discussed a whole host of things, but most importantly, Terry was able to lend insight into how senior leaders in a school plan for the implementation of teaching and learning in a school.  He also shared his perceptions of how outsiders might see a "design" program in a school.  He gives some suggestions to making your design program shine!
