Great to have a show by principals for principals, as well as educators and leaders in general. The idea of working together with each other not just locally but globally through this show is awesome. Mr. Linden does a clearly passionate and genuine and I enjoy the show.

Outstanding host!
Principal JP is a great podcast host. A few days before my interview, JP provided me with a set of personalized questions he wanted to ask me regarding my educational leadership journey. I found the questions very thought-provoking and showed me he was well-prepared. I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation and sharing our experiences. I greatly appreciated being a guest on his podcast! This is a must listen too podcast!
If you are an educator you need to add this podcast to your rotation! I love the structure of the podcast. He has interview episodes and Coach’EM Up episodes. In the interview episodes he has great guests, my favorite was Dr. Joe Sanfelippo (Episode 21). The Coach’EM up series JL gives practical advice for principles to use to help their staff. This is a much needed podcast! Keep up the good work!

Good concept
The concept is great! As a former educator, I appreciate anyone wanting to help us level up and improve our practices.
I think there’s some room for growth here, though. Maybe don’t refer to your episodes as “professional development”, the bane of every teacher’s existence 😂
I also think taking a look at your intro, outro, and content flow and making them feel a little more seamless. The content is good, so make sure listeners want to stick with you!
