Chuck has been in education for 25 years. He taught at elementary and middle school before moving into administration. He served for 9 years as an assistant principal, a year as an elementary principal, and is in his third year as principal at Dinwiddie Middle School in Virginia. He serves as the state middle school representative on the VAESP Board of Directors and received the 2019 Pathfinder Award from that organization.
