Episode 6:Ben Koenig and the power of the ALL day observation!
Benjamin Koenig is currently the music teacher at Delaware Elementary School in Evansville, Indiana where music has made an impact! From performances for and with Grammy Award-nominated and winning artists, celebrities, community and state leaders, and making USA Today after a performance went viral, the students under "Mr. K" have gone over and beyond their talents and passions, fueled by a love for music that knows no limits! Recently, the music department received a $10,000 grant from Mattingly Charities, headed by Don Mattingly, former New York Yankee baseball star, current manager of the Miami Marlins, and a huge supporter of the students in the music program at Delaware. Mr. K hopes to one day take his passion for education into a leadership role and has a BigEdIdea to shake up one of the fundamental tasks required of every school leader: evaluations!
