Matt came to education through the blue-collar route. For 20 years, Matt was a heavy equipment operator and worked in maintenance. At some point, Matt began to feel the "tug" of teaching. After much prayer and convos with family/friends, Matt decided to jump into the world of CTE. He has been in the classroom for 6 years now, focusing on how he can use his CTE field to pass along life lessons and skills, while also learning from his students!
