When the dash podcast started on February 3rd it was as a way to add value consistently for free. And it’s been quite the journey, the blessing in having a podcast like the Dash is that every episode is like a coaching session for me. I get to learn what makes you and other educators successful, and that makes me feel better. @gary vee said document vs create, and I chose to document. In the last 8 months I've had an opportunity to speak with 40 educators about how they are being successful, what are big obstacles, and how are they going to keep moving forward.
