Set Expectations
- Have a welcome email, set expectations on how often they will be hearing from you and what type of content they can expect
- Don’t go overboard - the number one reason for unsubscribes is too many emails
- Creating a content calendar in advance, plan!

- Short surveys, ask for feedback
