Dr. April Grace is an award winning educator. She is a former Oklahoma State Superintendent of the Year, an educator for 35 years, and just finished running for State Superintendent. She is currently Superintendent of Shawnee Public Schools, Oklahoma.
In this episode, Brandon and special guest, Dr. April Grace (@SuptGrace) discuss how April’s career has led her on an inspirational journey through the field of education. She describes how the strength of her WHY has grown through grace and joy in the journey. There are many helpful tips and inspirational messages for educators in this episode as well. Throughout her educational experience she has continued to be inspired and she has broken down successful experiences in our schools into the 3 E’s. We talk further about how the 3 E’s lead to successful experience for all stakeholders in our schools.
