Erika Bare has been an educator for over 20 years. She is currently an assistant superintendent in Ashland, Oregon. Tiffany Burns has also been an educator for 20 years and a school administrator since 2012. Both are educators in Oregon and published the book: Connecting Through Conversations: A playbook for Talking With Students.
