As an instructional coach, I’m always looking for tips to grow my leadership skills. For that reason, I listen to a LOT of leadership podcasts.I’ve listened to almost every single episode of Casey’s, and every single one just knocks it out of the park. There is sooo much insight, and so many actionable moves to glean from every show, this one is always a must-listen above all the rest. I just caught up to the episode with Peter DeWitt and another with Brandy Hawthorn…and I WILL be listening to them again! What a gift Casey brings us each with each new episode!

Each episode provides easy to implement, powerful tasks that help me lead my team. I am able to take what I listened to and turn it into action. The thorough explanations, helpful resources, and visuals allow for helpful learning each episode!

I love that Casey has been boots on the ground with leadership and learning. Her podcast each week is engaging and motivational. I appreciate the many guests that she hosts who are truly experts in the field. She proposes questions that leaders should be asking of one another. I always am able to take 2-3 nuggets of next steps after I give my weekly listen!
