How to Jumpstart A Habit…
Building habits it just the beginning for designing the life you want. I love this podcast.
Dr. Michelle provides a 4 step strategy that you can follow and apply to whatever habit you want to. For me, is getting enough sleep and when listening to the episodes I was able to strategize on how I can do it with very small actionable steps. I love the calendar and small prizes to finishing whatever we desire.

Must listen for teachers!
As a former teacher, I WISH I had had this podcast. This is such a useful and helpful podcast for all of us who love teaching. Especially this year, when things have become nearly impossible for teachers, it’s important to focus our mindset and keep bringing our joy to the classroom. Love it. Fascinating Insight In the World of Education

Fantastic content for educators

Game Changing Episode
I agree that students need to see their teachers writing. When I was in the classroom we started every day with Take 10. I’d let them draw random fun prompts from a bucket and then they had to write for 10 minutes a day. We’d share and give feedback. I write too and offered my writing to students. Loved the feedback I used to receive. Love your podcast...just subscribed!

Great Ideas
Every episode has been filled with incredible nuggets that have improved my own practice which benefits my Scholars. The “I am a teacher who...” episode made me reevaluate my teaching philosophy and reassess what I really value and believe after 11 years in education. I am so glad Dr. Schmidt Moore began this podcast.

Excellent Resource
Perfect PD to listen to on the way to work or during lunch. Practical and accessible for teachers during this time when no one is quite sure of the ‘how’ but knows that students are the ‘why’.
