I really enjoy the rotation between pause to ponder episodes and guest interview episodes. Charles’s invitation to ponder important concepts paired with his thoughts on the topic are super helpful to help me process the important topics he selects. I also value the guest interviews. Great guests and great conversations.

Charles is an awesome speaker and leader. He is authentic and provides a fresh perspective on the field of education.

Even with only one episode and a bonus episode I can tell this is going to be a fantastic podcast. Charles Williams brings a wealth of experience to the table as an interviewer and is asking really important questions about the state of education. Can’t wait for more!
