What exactly IS an Impact Coach & Consultant??

When I introduce myself as an impact coach & consultant, I often get blank stares or people that try to make assumptions about what they means lol. They think I'm a sports coach and maybe I do some consulting somehow with education. Only one of those is true. So let me try to describe what it is I do and how I help others- and that includes YOU!
