I’ve been thinking about how many times we find ourselves in those awkward conversations where we’re grasping for how to respond to the vague feedback questions—“How did you think it went? Was it good? Was it bad?” But those questions rarely lead to anything meaningful, right? In fact, sometimes it leads to us not responding at all or straight up lying 🤥. In this episode, I’m diving into why intentional feedback questions are essential for creating lasting change (and why you should be teaching everyone how to ask for feedback).
